Secret Reserve, by Michael Godard (Auction Lot 821)

Against a dramatic black background, a bottle of "Secret Reserve" wine stands beside a generous glass of red, its grape-cluster label bearing witness to Godard's signature mischief: tiny animated grape and olive characters climb the bottle and play along a miniature stream painted at its base, fishing and boating in true Godard fashion.

"Secret Reserve" continues Michael Godard's playful, high-gloss take on wine culture, blending photorealistic detail with whimsical, animated characters. Available as a Godard Edition (22" x 17.5") or Signed and Numbered (35" x 28"), each hand-numbered and signed by the artist.
