For five decades, Village Gallery has helped collectors worldwide discover original paintings and limited-edition artwork they can connect with for a lifetime.
Founded by Pamela and Marty Brown in Mission Viejo in 1976, the gallery was built around a simple idea: collecting fine art should feel personal, exciting, and accessible. Village Gallery broke away from the traditional, sometimes intimidating “white cube” gallery model, recognizing that collectors wanted meaningful, beautiful artwork for their homes without the formality often associated with elite galleries and auction houses.
The gallery became an influential source for original paintings and limited editions, introducing a broader collector audience to high-quality lithographs, serigraphs, giclées, and hand-highlighted canvases. Through knowledgeable guidance, innovative presentation, and long-standing relationships with artists and collectors, Village Gallery helped shape the collector-focused fine art market for generations.
